Who is Morita Akio?

Morita Akio (born Jan. 26, 1921, Nagoya, Japan—died Oct. 3, 1999, Tokyo) was a Japanese businessman who was cofounder, chief executive officer (from 1971), and chairman of the board (from 1976 through 1994) of Sony Corporation, a world-renowned manufacturer of consumer electronics products.
